11. CANCELLATION POLICY:  VGA.com cancellation policy provides 100% refund when bookings are cancelled no less than 72 hours in advance of the day of your tee-time or lodging, which ever is first.  All cancellations must be through VGA.com with E-mail cancellation required.  No phone cancellation.
